Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Booking & Payments

• Studio W operates as a physical studio location available for rent.

• All bookings must be made through our online booking platform.

• Full payment is required upfront to secure a reservation.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking will receive studio credit.

• Studio credit is valid for 6 months from the original cancellation date.

• No refunds will be issued.

3. Studio Rules

• Clients must always conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

• Disorderly conduct, at the sole discretion of Studio W, may result in immediate expulsion

without a refund.

• No physical violence or illegal activity is allowed.

• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

• Damage fines:

o $200 for damages to furniture (beyond reasonable wear and tear)

o $750 for damages to the cyclorama wall (billed to the card on file)

4. Liability & Agreements

• Clients must sign a liability waiver before using the studio.

• Studio W is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost property, or damages occurring on the

premises.

5. Content Restrictions

• No illegal content may be created within the studio.

• Studio W does not impose additional restrictions on content creation.

6. Third-Party Vendors

• Clients may bring third-party vendors (e.g., makeup artists, stylists), with a maximum of 10

people on-site.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Studio W does not currently have a formal dispute resolution process. Any disputes must be

resolved through direct communication.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. Changes will be posted on our website with an

updated effective date.
